Diogo Novo Carvalho; <i>Ao Longe meu Pai Dizia<\/i>, by \u00c2ngela da Ponte, <i>Keep Up!,<\/i> by Jorge Ramos; <i>Underground Poetry<\/i>, by Pedro Lima; <i>Seek your Way Out<\/i> by Francisco Fontes and <i>7 Miniatures<\/i> by Daniel Davies.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2023, he is presenting his new work: Windsor Project, which has the support of the GDA Foundation, Antena 2, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MPMP<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Revista Musical Da Capo and The Anglo Portuguese Society (London).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He performed solo with the European Union Youth Orchestra, Gulbenkian Orchestra, MPMP Orchestra, National Republican Guard Chamber Orchestra, Camerata Amicis, EPME Classical Orchestra, National Republican Guard Symphonic Band, Portuguese Symphonic Band, Lisbon Superior Music School Wind Orchestra and Lisbon Superior Music School Saxophone Ensemble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricardo is a laureate in several competitions, of which the Pr\u00e9mio Jovens M\u00fasicos &#8211; Antena 2 &#8211; RTP stands out, 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> place in 2009 and 2<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> place in 2002, in the Solo Saxophone category, higher level; 3<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rd<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> place in the II Victor Santos International Competition; and 1<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">st<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> place in the Young Soloist EPME Competition in 2001 and 2002.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He collaborates with several orchestras and ensembles such as the Gulbenkian Orchestra, the Portuguese Symphonic Orchestra, the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra, the Cl\u00e1ssica do Sul Orchestra and the Cinema Music Orchestra and the Lisbon Underground Music Ensemble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricardo holds a master\u2019s degree in music, a master\u2019s degree in music teaching and obtained the Artist Diploma (Post-master\u2019s degree), having worked during his academic career with Jo\u00e3o Figueiredo, Francisco Ferreira, Jos\u00e9 Massarr\u00e3o, Alberto Roque and John Harle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He received a scholarship from the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, GDA Foundation, Guildhall School Trust; Drake Calleja Trust; The Kathleen Trust and Sir Richard Stapley Educational Trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ricardo is a D\u2019Addario Woodwinds artist, musician of the GNR Symphonic Band and
